For one of our customers, we are looking for 2 Telesales professionals.  In close collaboration with the sales team, you will be responsible for the whole sales cycle to the KMO market .  Training is provided.

Tasks and Responsibility:

  • Lead generation & follow-up (selection of appropriate contacts, understanding of campaign objectives and offers, establish script and motivational rationale to convince contacts to confirm interest, administration of leads, follow-up calls/mails).
  • Database quality updates (plan and establish phone/online outreach to customers, and enter correct data to the database);
  • Work together with Partner Account Manager
Your profile:
  • At least 1 year of Telesales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt your communication at all levels.
  • Good listener.
  • Independent.
  • Dynamic and pro-active.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Affinity with IT world is a must.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
