For our client Microsoft, located in Zaventem, we are looking for a Sales Assistant – full time, 5 years fixed duration contract
The Internal Sales lead service is a key operational service within the Retail Sales & Marketing service (part of CCG).
This position involves business operations support, procedures & compliance within the company and sales excellence. This service contributes to the excellence of the department.
The main service acquirements:
- In ensuring the control off the marketing budget (Channel and MDF budget) of the RSM team in coordination with category management and the finance manager
- In being the guardian of Microsoft’s compliancy rules regarding budgets, PO creation and marketing promotions.
- PO and CSD creation
- In communicating marketing campaigns
- In ensuring the account managers a clear follow-up of their budget from the creation of the PO to the payment of the invoices (PO creation, communication to PAM, invoices, payments)
- In ensuring a follow up with partners on reporting, payments and proof of execution
- In ensuring a follow up on contracts for the suppliers together with the po owners.
- In solving financial issues ( i.e. credit limit, credit block, pre payments) with MSFT’s financial team ( Ireland and/or corp ) for and to our partners to ensure continuity of our business.
- in supporting category managers with reports (sell-through reports, sales reports, follow up files,..)
- in creating new vendors in our system
- in accelerating business through use of Microsoft tools
- In taking part in the onboarding process direct partners (contracts, account set up, train partners with our tools)
- In training and supervising the whole sales assistant’s work and tasks
Profile of the service:

Service will be delivered in English Dutch and French
A training session will be foreseen for this function.
This service is recognized for their strong insight in products, specific operations and procedures linked to marketing or the products themselves, the ability to manage launch processes and allocation process, the support brought to the sales and marketing teams and contribution in improving partner satisfaction, the deep knowledge in MSFT compliance rules, processes, programs; in being responsible of the sales assistant’s work.
