Missions
- Develop and execute goals and strategic direction of assigned program
- Report to the Executive Committee level
- Interact, coordinate and manage all levels and types of stakeholders
- Accountability for all schedules, quality and customers/stakeholders satisfaction on program
- Assign and manage internal, external, multi-divisional resources to ensure all program objectives and goals are met
- Provide leadership to cross functional team
- Formally identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk throughout program life cycle
- Ability to influence/shape future customer requirements
Profile
- Fluent in English
- Good level of Dutch and/or English
- A proven track record in project management
- Good knowledge in the payment or banking industry is a plus (or other process driven sector)
- With relevant working experiences in managing business Programs/Projects
- Natural communicator and easy navigator in complex contexts
- With the ability to manage stakeholders expectations and to obtain buy-in of the organization
- Generic knowledge of a wide range of corporate process
- Acquainted with Project/program management techniques and methodologies (ie. PMP, Prince2…)
