Proservia is looking for 2 new colleagues to join their helpdesk team at Manpower in Woluwe.
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be in charge of helping temporary employment candidates of Manpower with our new tool for contracts. Indeed candidates need to sign and send their contract by electronics form, identifying with their ID card.
- You are bilingual Dutch/French, English is an asset
- You have a first experience in an IT environment, such as first line helpdesk support
- You have excellent interpersonal communication skills: phone (incoming calls) and email communication
- You have a good knowledge of standard Office applications
- You are service minded, patient and stress resistant
We offer you a permanent contract from the 1st of September.
