We are looking for a professional who wants to expand the market for ORC. A:
secure business from new and existing customers in new and existing markets.
What:
Would you do business in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Latin America? Do you want to launch an innovative, capital-intensive energy efficiency product? Your responsibilities are:
– SALES MANAGEMENT
- Analyze regulations/legislation regarding subsidies/incentives in specific target markets
- Engage with prospects, distributors and agents
- Develop leads into opportunities and close deals
- Engage with stakeholders in target markets (e.g. trade associations, consultants, government bodies, distributors, agents etc.)
- Monitor competition and general market trends
– SALES PARTNER MANAGMENT
- Manage distributors/agents, set and agree annual sales targets and bonus schemes
- Ensure that relations on the various levels between Triogen and partners are planned and working
- Modify and negotiate the contractual relationship as the business relationship develops
- Identify obstacles limiting distributor sales and provide solutions to overcome these
- Ensure good visibility of distributor pipeline to Triogen to allow sufficient planning and avoid surprises
– PRODUCT / APPLICATION MANAGEMENT
- Take lead on specific ORC application (to be agreed)
- Coordinate the application between the engineering and sales teams (e.g. product innovation, market needs etc.)
- Ensure value proposition is clearly documented incl. business cases and market sizes
Triogen is keen to connect with an International Sales Manager, a self-starter with strong business sense and has the ability to overcome obstacles. You have experience in launching an innovative product in new markets and proven ability to do business within different cultures and willingness to travel.
