For one of our clients, we are looking for an Internal Sales Professional.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow-up on existing agreements/contracts and customers;
- Engage with customers, gain insights in customer IT & business environment & detect opportunities for cross & upsell (focus on cloud solutions, mainly Office 365);
- Provide insight in specific scenario’s that could be of interest for the customer;
- Debrief resellers on opportunities at (contacted) customers;
- Report status, manage pipeline.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
- Experience in telesales is a plus.
- Affinity with technology, insights in IT.
- Passion for sales.
- Customer oriented.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate at different levels.
- Good organizational skills with a great sense of initiative.
- Team player.
- Flexible and independent.
- Dynamic and proactive.
