Your role:
You are responsible for the overarching strategy, infrastructure and management of company’s internal communication approach, recognizing the importance of employees as top tier influencers. The function creates real and impactful engagement for employees, focusing on explaining and evangelizing the company strategy and culture.
The overall goal is to encourage active participation by employees in realizing the company strategy, achieving each year’s business priorities; celebrating who we are and what we value and building a learning organization with a growth mindset. Through this engagement, our employees become company advocates who can and do tell our story to their friends and family.
Your profile:
- High written English language proficiency is required
- 5+ years of experience in large corporate environment or working for a communication agency
- Experience of executive communications, content delivery, internal communications and employee engagement.
- Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
- Creative mindset
- Dynamic and pro-active.
