Reporting to the Team Leader in the Operations department, your main responsibility is to provide fraud analysis and consulting activities. You will become highly knowledgeable on the company’s fraud detection strategy and solution so that you can assist existing and potential customers with any issues and questions they may have. You work very closely with the product manager, the technical consultants and sales account managers.
In your function, your responsibilities will include:

  •  Acting as a consultant in educating the client about different solutions and giving recommendations
  • Providing guidance to key customers and partners by clearly understanding their needs and requirements, and defining the most appropriate fraud management solution for them
  • Validating the key customer implementation to ensure a smooth start-up of their fraud detection activities
  • Presenting solutions to clients and potential clients
  • Providing training on our Fraud detection solution to the customers and internal staff
  • Recommending product enhancements based on customer implementation feedback to the product development team
  • Assisting the sales team in answering Request for Proposal by handling more complex questions
  • Communicating seamlessly with the other Ogone teams to be able to deliver a complete, high quality final deliverable
For this challenging function, we need a talented individual with both good analytical and technical skills. As candidate you match following requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience
  • Preferably a minimum of 4 year experience in fraud consultancy and analysis
  • Fluent in English, any other language (Dutch, French, German or another European language) is considered an asset
  • Being able to offer the best fraud management strategy to the Ogone customer based on the Ogone solution and strategy
  • Combining a high level of commercial awareness and technical competencies
  • Excellent teaching skills with a focus on customer needs
