For our customer we are looking for a Dynamics Customer Trainer.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of common processes, issues, and technology related to operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments
- Maintain expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application through ongoing consumption of blogs and online resources
- Work with project consultants to understand specific project (standard SFA, XRM, etc.) in order to prepare for onsite or remote customer training
- Prepare training agendas and sending to customer ahead of time
- Write training documentation to the specifications of the project and/or customer, which may include Word documents with screenshots and PowerPoint presentations
- Conduct system administrator and end-user training for a projects in CRM, which may be remote or might include traveling to the client site
- Provide upgrade training
- Assist with presales estimates for T&M and fixed fee training estimates
- Provide training sales tools and documentation
- Participate in other functions of the education team
An additional area of responsibility will be to contribute to the team and transfer knowledge:
- Participating in weekly team meetings by actively listening to issues and contributing ideas
- Distributing information on the latest CRM-related and technology news to the team members
- Writing blogs on the latest features and discoveries
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- All Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or willing to certify
- Microsoft Certified Trainer or willing to certify asap
- Technical aptitude – knows Microsoft Dynamics CRM or able to learn
- Highly organized and prepared for each training
- Natural aptitude and personality for training, including ability to speak clearly, organize thoughts while speaking, and control one’s own delivery of information
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English + any other European language is is an advantage
- Ability to adapt presentation to the audience
