For our customer we are looking for a Dynamics Customer Trainer.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of common processes, issues, and technology related to operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments
  • Maintain expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application through ongoing consumption of blogs and online resources
  • Work with project consultants to understand specific project (standard SFA, XRM, etc.) in order to prepare for onsite or remote customer training
  • Prepare training agendas and sending to customer ahead of time
  • Write training documentation to the specifications of the project and/or customer, which may include Word documents with screenshots and PowerPoint presentations
  • Conduct system administrator and end-user training for a projects in CRM, which may be remote or might include traveling to the client site
  • Provide upgrade training
  • Assist with presales estimates for T&M and fixed fee training estimates
  • Provide training sales tools and documentation
  • Participate in other functions of the education team

An additional area of responsibility will be to contribute to the team and transfer knowledge:

  • Participating in weekly team meetings by actively listening to issues and contributing ideas
  • Distributing information on the latest CRM-related and technology news to the team members
  • Writing blogs on the latest features and discoveries

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • All Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or willing to certify
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer or willing to certify asap
  • Technical aptitude – knows Microsoft Dynamics CRM or able to learn
  • Highly organized and prepared for each training
  • Natural aptitude and personality for training, including ability to speak clearly, organize thoughts while speaking, and control one’s own delivery of information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English + any other European language is is an advantage
  • Ability to adapt presentation to the audience
