For our customer we are urgently looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Consultant, who is willing to travel up to 70% in EMEA.
The Dynamics CRM Consultant provides support in the form of architectural assistance, technical and functional delivery, review services or project management for the top critical business solution implementations based on Dynamics CRM in the enterprise.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- You apply advanced analysis skills and experience in the domain of customer relationship management (CRM) to define appropriate customer solutions, to develop detailed solution architecture and estimates for customer implementations.
- You have a sharp eye to map customer business problems and lead them to end-to-end technology solutions.
- You work with multiple technologies in extremely complex environments.
- You lead multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide CRM implementation and deployment
- You are in charge of presales/business development as well as engagement delivery.
- You identify ways to optimize performance (e.g. third party tools, optimization tools/technologies).
- You are also involved in CRM data modelling in specific industry and Enterprise environment.
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven track record (min 3 years) and are an expert in enterprise CRM implementations and deployment
- Knowledge of additional large scale CRM systems is an advantage
- Management experience with Multi National & Offshore / Onsite team
- Technical knowledge in iether: .NET, SQL Server, BizTalk, SharePoint, etc
- Excellent command of both French & English, and outstanding communication skills
- Client-oriented
- Willing to travel up to 70% in EMEA
