  • Pro-active Collections & follow-up of unpaid overdue invoices
  • Credit controlling of Key & international merchants at headquarter level 
  • Analysis and Calculations of Credit notes
  • Handling merchant escalations and complaints
  • Weekly reporting to senior executive management
  • Improving internal processes
  • Managing relationships with both internal & external stakeholders 


  • Master’s Degree
  • Relevant experience as a controller & collector (international experience preferred)
  • Languages: Excellent in NL – FR – ENG (writing & speaking)
  • Strong customer orientation & ability to communicate at executive level
  • Strong analytical skills
