For our customer, we are urgently looking for a Business Travel Advisor with fluent Dutch, French and English.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage the travel bookings of our customers, like flight reservation, train ticket, car or hotel and finally deliver all travel and insurance documents
- Daily contact with the clients by phone or e-mail.
- Advise our customer by providing proposals and price comparisons.
Profile:
- Trilingual Dutch/English/French
- Thorough knowledge of ticketing, rail, car and hotel reservations
- Experience with online booking tools is an added value
- Customer focused
