For our customer in Ireland, we are looking for an Oracle EBS Technical specialist with a minimum of 10 years with hands-on experience. The team currently provides onsite & remote services to our customers, across a wide range of Oracle technologies.
 
Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide consultancy skills around Oracle R11 and Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite and Oracle CRM R12
  • Review customer requirements, prepare and document proposed design and agree sign off with the customer
  • Provide technical solutions to their business problems in accordance with Oracle and Fujitsu standards
  • At all times adhere to Fujitsu development standards in the development of any customer solutions
  • Maintaining and supporting our customers eBusiness suite applications, CRM and other Oracle Technologies either on-site or remotely
  • Ensuring the Fujitsu Service Management tool is continuously updated with progress, known issues and problem resolutions in accordance with ITIL standards
  • Providing technical documentation in accordance with the Fujitsu standards
  • Providing technical support to the other team members both DBAs and Functional
  • Continue to develop your technical skills so that we can provide up-to date advice and consultancy to our customers
  • At all times operate in a professional manner when dealing with external and internal customers
  • Continuously identify ways to improve how we provide services to our customers
  • Provide weekly reports to you Service Delivery Manger or Project Manager
  • Be available to provide out of hours support where required

Profile:

  • Oracle Financials Technical Specialist with working knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle CRM
  • PL/SQL programming
  • Oracle reports & XML Publisher
  • Oracle Workflow
  • Oracle Forms
  • Discoverer Reporting
  • OA Framework
  • Integration development using Oracle SOA suite
  • Experience working with and understanding of client business requirements, interpretation and production of detailed specifications and documentation, supported by a team of technical consultants
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with end users and senior level management
  • Experience of eBusiness Suite implementations or upgrades
  • At least two large scale (6 months plus project) experience of working on an Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation or Upgrade project
  • Hands on experience of supporting and developing the Oracle CRM application
  • Flexibility to work out of hours if required
  • Strong problem-solving, statistical and analytical skills
  • 3rd Level Degree or professional Qualification
  • Oracle technology certifications

Nice to have:

  • Java/JSP
  • R12 Experience / Knowledge is desirable
  • HR and Payroll
  • Working on R12.2.x
