For our customer in Zaventem, we are looking for an Administrative/Management Assistant for Corporate, External and Legal Affairs.  Candidates need to have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  • Management support
  • Invoicing and Billing
  • Event planning (team off-site meetings)
  • Back up for Executive Assistant in all her tasks except budget management
Profile:
  • Bachelor or University degree.
  • 3 years of experience as Administrative/Executive assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well in a changing environment, on short-notice and take appropriate action.
  • Adaptable and must work successfully in a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite.
  • Good level of Dutch, French and English.
