For the new Frankfurt office of our customer, we are looking for an Account Manager Inside sales.
 
  • In the position of Account Manager you will be responsible for customer management and the generation of opportunities in all businesses. We work in accordance with the indirect sales model and you work together in this with our Marketing department and your colleagues at Sales and Operations.
  • It will be your task to make new customer contacts and to maintain and/or develop further existing customer contacts. Our customers will approach you for hardware solutions for their ICT problems. You will present these to them. You will counsel them during the sales process and keep them informed about the progress. You will be acquainted with the developments in the market and give feedback based on which the marketing and sales targets may be adjusted.
  • The work environment is strongly marketing and sales oriented. Depending on your own input, you will have the opportunity to increasingly develop your commercial skills and product knowledge in the framework of our Quality and Customer Satisfaction policy. This is done through focused sales and product training courses in the framework of our Quality and Customer Satisfaction policy.
Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Selling hardware products through the identification, maintenance and utilization of opportunities;
  • Following-up Sales leads; in other words: conducting inbound sales calls as well as generating outbound sales calls;
  • In cooperation with the sales manager preparing and sending out quotations containing customer oriented solutions;
  • Optimisation and further development of customer relationships;
  • Constant extension and innovation of the own knowledge about the products and services that are to be sold;
  • Recording and maintaining the sales information system and additional administrative processes accurately;
  • Keeping informed of relevant market development.
Profile:
  • Completed Intermediate Vocational Education or a number of years Higher Vocational Education;
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of (tele)sales and account management work experience in the business to business and/or ICT market.
  • Good communication skills;
  • Verbal and written proficiency in German (and preferably English);
